Ms. Suzana Pavlidou, Officer of Legal Affairs at NCCA CY, spoke as a panellist at the “CRA – Making the EU Market Resilient” conference in Bucharest on 8 October 2025. The event was a great chance to share knowledge and experience about how the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) is being put into practice and the challenges it brings.
In her talk, Ms. Pavlidou stressed the need to make Europe’s market stronger against cyber threats. She highlighted the importance of makers and digital product providers following the rules in the Regulation, and the value of public–private cooperation to build a clear, effective cybersecurity system.
She also focused on setting clear procedures for incident reporting, handling vulnerabilities, and improving coordination between EU Member States. Her participation showcased Cyprus’s role in shaping Europe’s cyber resilience policies and created a useful space for discussion with officials, experts, and industry stakeholders from across the EU.
