The Head of the Digital Security Authority (DSA), Mr. Diamandis Zafeiriades, and the Head of the National Cybersecurity Certification Authority (NCCA) of Cyprus, Mrs. Xenia Kyriakidou, attended the 23rd International Common Criteria Conference (ICCC) held in Doha, Qatar, from November 4th to 6th, 2024.

The conference brought together leading Certification Bodies, Evaluation Laboratories, researchers, evaluators, policy makers, product developers, vendors, and buyers interested in the specification, development, evaluation, and certification of IT security.

Mrs. Kyriakidou, delivered a presentation titled “Establishing the NCCA in Cyprus and Adopting EU Cybersecurity Schemes”. She highlighted the efforts of the DSA to enhance Cyprus’ cybersecurity posture through the adoption and implementation of European Union cybersecurity certification schemes.
